Tongue-and-Groove Fasteners
The Hidden tongue-and-groove fasteners are developed for wide assortment of tongue and groove board with different parameters: with various heights of to the bottom of the groove (3-11 mm and depths of the bottom groove flange (6-15 mm) . Boards are milled along the entire length on both sides at the factory or at the installation site with a manual milling cutter.

The Tongue-and-groove fasteners are also recommended for assembly of wooden decorative materials as wood-polymer composite decking.
Tongue-and-groove fasteners for board with symmetrical groove
Tongue-and-groove fastenershave two and more equal groove wings connect two assembled boards;
- the fastener base has one and more GH holes for fixingtothejoist bar;
- the groove wings are of various lengths, enabling the formation of gap between the boards from 2 to 18 mm;
- fastening wings are inserted into thegrooves of the board and connect the assembled boards;
- the fastener fixed on the joist bar reliably pressing the board to the joistthe wings;
Owing to the design and material the fasteners can adjust tochanges in the board geometry resulting from fluctuations of wood moisture from climate and temperature changes.
